为了改善CJ 7.3 tex纱的并粗条干,对并条工序及粗纱工序的工艺进行优选,并条工序减小凹凸罗拉厚度、合理选择后区牵伸倍数和压力棒调节环大小,减小张力牵伸;粗纱工序优选喇叭口及隔距块大小,合理配置后区牵伸倍数,最终并条条干与粗纱条干得到改善,且成纱各项质量指标均有所改善.
為瞭改善CJ 7.3 tex紗的併粗條榦,對併條工序及粗紗工序的工藝進行優選,併條工序減小凹凸囉拉厚度、閤理選擇後區牽伸倍數和壓力棒調節環大小,減小張力牽伸;粗紗工序優選喇叭口及隔距塊大小,閤理配置後區牽伸倍數,最終併條條榦與粗紗條榦得到改善,且成紗各項質量指標均有所改善.

To improve CJ 7.3 tex yarn drawing and roving evenness,processing in drawing and roving were optimized.In drawing embossing roller thickness should be reduced,draft muhiple in back zone and setting ring size of pressure bar should be selected properly,tension draft should be reduced as well.In roving,pipe socket and spacer should be optimized,draft muhiple in back zone should be set properly,finally evennesses of drawing and roving could be improved,finish yarn quality indexes could be improved.
