One-pot method%synthesis%octyl salicylate
采用一锅法合成水杨酸辛酯,并用核磁对其结构进行了表征,同时对反应条件进行了优化,最佳的反应条件为:水杨酸与醇的摩尔比为1∶1.2,合成水杨酸辛酯的最佳醇解温度为90℃,最佳醇解时间为2.5 h。在最佳反应条件下,水杨酸辛酯的收率可达到92%。
採用一鍋法閤成水楊痠辛酯,併用覈磁對其結構進行瞭錶徵,同時對反應條件進行瞭優化,最佳的反應條件為:水楊痠與醇的摩爾比為1∶1.2,閤成水楊痠辛酯的最佳醇解溫度為90℃,最佳醇解時間為2.5 h。在最佳反應條件下,水楊痠辛酯的收率可達到92%。

Octyl salicylate was synthesized by the one-pot synthesis method and was characterized by 1H NMR.In the paper the reaction conditions were optimized.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1∶1.2,alcoholysis temperature was 90 ℃,the alcoholysis time was 2.5 h.Under above conditions,the yield of octyl salicylate could reach 92 %.
