流式细胞术是能在分子水平上对细胞内外因子进行快速的定性和定量研究的一种细胞分析和检测手段。其分析速度高、被测群体大,能高速分析上万个细胞,而且可同时检测一个样本中的多个被测因子,实现多参数测量的特点,因此流式细胞术是生物医学领域强有力的研究手段。近年来,随着国内外继续研究和应用工作的不断展开,流式细胞术的发展也取得了显著的成果。特别是随着仪器和方法的不断完善,流式细胞术的应用领域和使用效果在不断的扩大。

Flow cytometry is a kind of cellular analysis and detection approach.It can detect intracellular and extracellular factor rapidly in molecular level.Its detection speed is very quickly and its acquirement population is very big.It can analyze thousands of cells in high-throughput.Multiplexed parameters measurement can be realized by using flow cytometer by simultaneously detecting many factors within one sample.Therefore flow cytometry is a powerful research tools in biomedical field.In recent years,as foreign and domestic study and application work continuously unfolds,flow cytometry has been made a notable achievement.Especially as instruments and methods are continuously improved,the application fields of flow cytometry have been expanded deeply.
