The research situation of waterborne polyurethane at home and aborad,and synthesis and modified method of waterborne polyurethane were introduced briefly,and the application of waterborne polyurethane in textile was summarized.It pointed out that environmental,economy and low toxicity would be the future direction of the research of waterborne polyurethane.
