为适应胰肾联合移植(SPK)发展的需要,在纯系Lewis大鼠上建立SPK模型,结果表明该术式切实可行,手术成功率达82.6%,术后能长期存活,移植物血管通畅,供胰肾功能正常,胰腺外分泌引流入肠腔,尿路及代谢并发症发生率低,此模型可进一步用于SPK有关的理论研究.

In order to meet elinical demands,a model of En bloc kidney and whole pancreati-coduodenal transplantation was established in Lewis rats.Results showed the operation was sue-eessfully performed in 82.6%of the recipient rats.Function of the grafts and vascular patency re-mained normal,the recipient rats can survive without complications(urological,metabolic)formore than three months.The model is practically feasible and might be used in studying the theo-retieal problems involved in simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation.
