目的 分析盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效.方法 将40例患慢性牙周炎患者每人选4颗患牙,共160颗,牙周袋深度＞4 mm同时探诊出血.将这些患者完全随机分为2组,每组20例80颗患牙.实验组患牙行牙周基础治疗,并在牙周袋内置盐酸米诺环素软膏；对照组仅作牙周基础治疗.观察2组患牙的菌斑指数和牙龈指数的变化,并将牙周袋深度,牙龈出血指数(BI)的指标比较并分析.结果 盐酸米诺环素软膏配合牙周基础治疗的实验组在1周和4周时,探诊深度、出血指数低于对照组[1周时分别为(4.35±0.95)mm比(5.08±0.90)mm、(1.59±0.21)比(2.24±0.23),4周时分别为(2.65 ±0.41)mm比(4.99 ±0.55)mm、(0.40 ±0.08)比(1.54±0.22)].结论 慢性牙周炎在基础治疗上,龈下局部应用米诺环素可取得较好的疗效.

목적 분석염산미낙배소연고보조치료만성아주염적림상료효.방법 장40례환만성아주염환자매인선4과환아,공160과,아주대심도＞4 mm동시탐진출혈.장저사환자완전수궤분위2조,매조20례80과환아.실험조환아행아주기출치료,병재아주대내치염산미낙배소연고；대조조부작아주기출치료.관찰2조환아적균반지수화아간지수적변화,병장아주대심도,아간출혈지수(BI)적지표비교병분석.결과 염산미낙배소연고배합아주기출치료적실험조재1주화4주시,탐진심도、출혈지수저우대조조[1주시분별위(4.35±0.95)mm비(5.08±0.90)mm、(1.59±0.21)비(2.24±0.23),4주시분별위(2.65 ±0.41)mm비(4.99 ±0.55)mm、(0.40 ±0.08)비(1.54±0.22)].결론 만성아주염재기출치료상,간하국부응용미낙배소가취득교호적료효.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment as adjunctive treatment to adult periodontitis.Methods A total of 160 teeth with chronic periodontitis in 40 patients( four teeth per patient) were selected,with probing depth (PD) ＞4 mm,bleeding and probing (BOP) positive in all cases.160 teeth were divided randomly into two groups with 80 teeth or 20 patients in each group.The minocycline hydrochloride ointments was applied in the periodontal pockets purposely to the patients in experimental group,whereas the patients in control group only received regular initial periodontal treatment.The differences of two groups' teeth in plaque index (PLI) and gingival index (GI) was observed,and the probing depth (PD) and bleeding index (BI) were compared and analyzed.Results It was discovered that,after one and four weeks' treatment,the PD and BI in experimental group,to which the minocycline hydrochloride ointment adjunctive treatment was given,were lowered [ 1 week ( 4.35 ± 0.95 ) mm vs ( 5.08 ± 0.90 ) mm,( 1.59 ± 0.21 ) vs ( 2.24 ± 0.23 ) ; four weeks ( 2.65 ± 0.4 ) mm vs (4.99 ± 0.55 ) m,(0.40 ± 0.08 ) vs ( 1.54 ± 0.22 ) ] P ＜ 0.05 ),compared with those in control group.Conclusion Local delivery of minocycline hydrochloride on the subgingival tends to obtain optimistic curative effect on adult initial periodontal therapy.
