将新鲜制备的成年兔胰岛样细胞团(ICCs)经腰椎穿刺注入脊髓腔,采取小剂量(胰岛数为2×103～10×103)多次颅内移植治疗糖尿病兔.术后不用免疫抑制剂,不用外源性胰岛素.结果10只糖尿病兔在胰岛细胞团颅内移植后,3只显效,2只有效,无排斥反应及神经系统异常.组织学检查显示,受体兔原胰腺萎缩,脑脊髓组织形态正常,移植胰岛分别种植在大脑、脑室及脊髓表面,部分融合成堆生长,周围无免疫细胞及外分泌腺泡组织.本实验为糖尿病的治疗提供了一个新思路.

Multi-intrathecal allo-transplantation of islet-like cell cluster(ICCs,islets:2×103～10×103)from multi-donors into alloxan-diabetic rabbits significantly reduced the blood sugar level in 50% recipients(P<0.05).30% of them remained in the state of normoglycemia for up to 2 years.No rejection response and abnormalities were found in CNS of patients.Histological examination showed presence of a lot of islet clusters on the surfaces of brain,ventricles and spinal cord but absence of lymphocytic infiltration.Our study provided a new approach for the treatment of diabetes.
