In this paper, the IR spectra of chloromethylat ed styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer were given, the main IR absorption peaks of the copolymer were assigned, the chloromathylation mechanism of the styrene cop olymer and the chemical structure of the chloromethylated copolymer were also co nfirmed.
