目的:探讨手背深度烧伤后保护手的外观及功能的有效治疗方法 .方法:对10例(16只手)手背深二度烧伤患者进行早期削痂植皮术及后期功能康复治疗.结果:10例全部治愈,经随访,手外观满意,功能恢复良好.结论:手背部的深二度烧伤通过早期手术治疗及后期的功能锻炼,可有效保持手的外观,最大程度恢复手的功能.
目的:探討手揹深度燒傷後保護手的外觀及功能的有效治療方法 .方法:對10例(16隻手)手揹深二度燒傷患者進行早期削痂植皮術及後期功能康複治療.結果:10例全部治愈,經隨訪,手外觀滿意,功能恢複良好.結論:手揹部的深二度燒傷通過早期手術治療及後期的功能鍛煉,可有效保持手的外觀,最大程度恢複手的功能.
목적:탐토수배심도소상후보호수적외관급공능적유효치료방법 .방법:대10례(16지수)수배심이도소상환자진행조기삭가식피술급후기공능강복치료.결과:10례전부치유,경수방,수외관만의,공능회복량호.결론:수배부적심이도소상통과조기수술치료급후기적공능단련,가유효보지수적외관,최대정도회복수적공능.
Objective:To discuss an effective treatment method of protecting the function and appearance of the deep-burned hands.Methods:Ten patients(16 dorsa of hands)with deep second degree burn were treated by early escharectomy and skin grafting.Functional rehabilitation of the hand was conducted when the dressing was removed.Results:All the wounds healed.The follow-up showed that the appearance and function of the hands were satisfactory.Conclusions:Early operation and post-operative exercise may protect the function and the appearance of the hand with deep second degree burn.
