[目的]选育高配合力、强恢复力、强优势和强适应性的三系杂交稻恢复系.[方法] 采用常规育种技术的复交辅以辐射育种构建2个基础群体,将云南粳稻704与IR1544杂交,经4年7代稳定后,再与基础群体万中3号杂交,采用系谱选育、配合力育种、稻瘟病自然诱发和接种鉴定相结合的方法育成万恢88,并对其品种特征特性进行测定.[结果] 万恢88具有配合力高、产量水平突出、恢复力强、抗逆性突出和制种性状好等特性.配组育成的6个杂交稻新组合冈优88、K优88、万香1号、万优6号、陵优1号和万优9号已通过重庆市审定,并在生产上推广应用面积达55万hm2以上.[结论] 籼粳优质恢复系万恢88具有杂种优势强,高产、稳产、广适的特点,取得了较大的社会和经济效益.
[目的]選育高配閤力、彊恢複力、彊優勢和彊適應性的三繫雜交稻恢複繫.[方法] 採用常規育種技術的複交輔以輻射育種構建2箇基礎群體,將雲南粳稻704與IR1544雜交,經4年7代穩定後,再與基礎群體萬中3號雜交,採用繫譜選育、配閤力育種、稻瘟病自然誘髮和接種鑒定相結閤的方法育成萬恢88,併對其品種特徵特性進行測定.[結果] 萬恢88具有配閤力高、產量水平突齣、恢複力彊、抗逆性突齣和製種性狀好等特性.配組育成的6箇雜交稻新組閤岡優88、K優88、萬香1號、萬優6號、陵優1號和萬優9號已通過重慶市審定,併在生產上推廣應用麵積達55萬hm2以上.[結論] 秈粳優質恢複繫萬恢88具有雜種優勢彊,高產、穩產、廣適的特點,取得瞭較大的社會和經濟效益.

[Objective]The purpose was to breed three-line hybrid rice restorer line with high combining ability, strong restoring ability, strong heterosis and strong adaptability. [Method] Two basic populations were constructed by multiple cross of conventional breeding techniques assisted by radiation breeding. Yunnan japonica 704 was hybridized with IR1544. After stability for 4 years 7 generations, the hybrid progeny was hybridized with Wanzhong 3 of basic population. Wanhui 88 was selected by pedigree breeding, combining ability breeding, natural induction combined with inoculation identification for rice blast, and its characteristics were determined. [Result] Wanhui 88 had characteristics of high combining ability, outstanding yield levels, strong restoring ability, good stress resistance and good seed production etc.. 6 new hybrid rice combinations of hybrid Gangyou 88, K You 88, Wanxiang 1, Wanyou 6, Lingyou 1 and Wanyou 9 were certified and released in Chongqing City and popularized widely in the production, with an accumulated popularization area of over 0.55 million hm2. [Conclusion] Indica-japonica good-quality restorer line Wanhui 88 had characters of strong heterosis, high yield, stable yield, wide adaptability and had made great social and economic benefits.
