在新型羊毛(羊绒)/棉混纺面料染整加工过程中,采用生物酶复配和增效前处理技术,取代传统的高温强碱处理工艺;以超低浴比(1:3~1:5)气流染色取代常规的长车轧染和溢流染色;以上柔抛松机械柔软整理取代传统的化学柔软整理等.生产实践表明,经该工艺生产的成品,外观富有毛感,手感柔软、蓬松,服用性能良好,且可节约10%~15%染化料和30%能源,达到清洁生产和节能减排的目的.

Wet processing of wool (cashmere)/cotton fabric was introduced as follows:enzyme complex and synergistic pretreatment was taken instead of traditional high temperature concentrated alkali process;conventional continuous pad dyeing and overflow dyeing were superseded by ultra-low liquor ratio (1:3~1:5) airflow dyeing;traditional chemical softening finish was superseded by mechanical softening finish.Practical application showed that the finished product had good wearability with wool-like appearance and soft and fluffy handle.The new process could save 10%~15% dyestuffs and chemicals and 30% energy consumption.
