根据客车后围侧蒙皮的特点设计三维工艺数模,利用Dynaform对其冲压成形过程进行数值模拟,分析实际冲压件的成形性,优化模具结构设计.将工艺数模信息导入MasterCAM中,设计数控铣削刀具路径,生成NC程序,并在数控仿真系统中进行仿真验证.再将NC程序输入机床控制系统,加工出模具型面,实现了覆盖件模具设计、分析和加工的一体化.
根據客車後圍側矇皮的特點設計三維工藝數模,利用Dynaform對其遲壓成形過程進行數值模擬,分析實際遲壓件的成形性,優化模具結構設計.將工藝數模信息導入MasterCAM中,設計數控鐉削刀具路徑,生成NC程序,併在數控倣真繫統中進行倣真驗證.再將NC程序輸入機床控製繫統,加工齣模具型麵,實現瞭覆蓋件模具設計、分析和加工的一體化.

In order to form a type of bus rear side covering,the characteristics of the part was analyzed and then the 3D model was established.The stamping process was simulated by using CAE software Dynaform.The formability of the part was predicted and the die structure was optimized.The 3D model information was leading in MasterCAM software which NC milling tool path was designed and NC code was generated,then the milling process was simulated and verifyed based on the NC simulation system.The die surface was machined by inputing NC code in CNC machine which realized the integration of automobile panel design,analyse and manufacturing.
