The analytic method for phenols in water by HPLC was introduced.The method of SPE has a good stability and high recovery for the phenols.The extracted phenols were detected by gradient eluted mobile phase and UV wavelength programming HPLC.The method was proved to be accurate and good in reproducibility and less interference of impurities and of low detection limit.
