高职生在顶岗实习中思想政治教育十分重要,应着重加强培养学生对顶岗实习的认同教育、职业品格和职业信仰重要性教育,以及提高学生社会适应力等方面的教育。其实现的有效途径为：学校与企业以校企合作为框架的共同管理、建立完善的顶岗实习学生干部工作制度、以校企文化的深度融合促进思想政治教育。

It is very important to strengthen ideological education on vocational college students in their post practice.Such education should also be intensified as identifying with post practice,cultivation of professional character,profession-oriented ideology and adaptation to society.The ways to the implementation of the education are： to establish or perfect the system of post practice;to cooperate between schools and enterprises to guide students to do their post practice;to merge the cultures of school and enterprise to promote the ideological education on students.
