目的探讨颅脑外科患者深静脉血栓形成的预见性护理措施与护理方法.方法将2010年1月至2011年12月收治的60例颅脑外科患者随机分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组采用传统的常规护理模式,实验组除常规护理外增加病情观察、早期活动、穿弹力袜、使用抗凝药物等系统预见性护理干预措施,将两组的治疗、护理效果进行对比.结果实验组深静脉血栓形成发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论系统早期的预防性护理干预能提高下肢静脉血流速度,可安全、有效地预防颅脑外科患者深静脉血栓的形成.
목적 탐토로뇌외과환자심정맥혈전형성적예견성호리조시여호리방법.방법 장2010년1월지2011년12월수치적60례로뇌외과환자수궤분위대조조화실험조각30례,대조조채용전통적상규호리모식,실험조제상규호리외증가병정관찰、조기활동、천탄력말、사용항응약물등계통예견성호리간예조시,장량조적치료、호리효과진행대비.결과 실험조심정맥혈전형성발생솔저우대조조(P＜0.05),차이유통계학의의.결론 계통조기적예방성호리간예능제고하지정맥혈류속도,가안전、유효지예방로뇌외과환자심정맥혈전적형성.
Objective To discuss the preventative nursing measures of brain injury patients with DVT.Methods A total of 60 patients with brain injury were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each.Control group was adopted routine nursing,experimental group was adopted preventative nursing measures including condition observation,early mobilization,wearing medical stretch hose,taking anticoagulant medication and so on in addition to routine nursiug.The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis of experimental group was lower than that of control group.There were statistically significant differences between two groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Preventive care and early nursing intervention can improve blood velocity of lower limbs,and safely and effectively prevent the occurrence of DVT in patients with brain surgery.
