目的 探讨不同方法口服50%硫酸镁对静脉肾盂造影肠道准备的效果影响.方法 将114例口服50%硫酸镁行肠道准备的患者随机分成观察组和对照组.观察组:检查前一天晚8时及检查日晨5时均口服50%硫酸镁50 ml,并于2小时内喝水1500~2000 ml,对照组:检查日晨4时口服50%硫酸镁100 ml并于2小时内喝水2500~3000 ml.结果 观察组肠道清洁有效率为96%高于对照组79%(尸<0.05),对照组病人不良反应率为42.5%明显高于观察组9.6%(P<0.05).结论 用观察组的方法行肠道准备具有效率高,副作用少,减少病人痛苦的优点.

Objective To explore the effects of different approachs of oral administration of 50% magnesium sulfate in bowel preparation for intravenous pyelography.Methods 114 patients who received oral magnesium sulfate fir bowel preparation were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group received 50% magnesium sulfate of 50 ml at 8 pm on the previous day of examination and at 5 am in the morning of the examination day,and drank water of 1,500 to 2,000 ml within two hours.The control group received 50% magnesium sulfate of 100 ml at 4 am and water of 2,500 to 3,000 ml within two hours in the morning of the examination day.Results The effectiveness rate of bowel cleansing was higher in the study group than in the control group ( 96% vs.79%,P< 0.05 ).The rate of adverse reactions was markedly higher in the control group than in the study group ( 42.5% vs.9.6%,P<0.05 ).Conclusions The modified approach of oral magnesium suffate for bowel preparation is effective and has fewer side effects.
