目的 探讨高频超声在肩袖撕裂术后康复治疗中的应用价值.方法 对临床疑诊肩袖损伤的87例患者进行超声检查,对肩袖部分及完全撕裂的54例患者进行手术治疗,术后患者中对照组27例(进行自主功能锻炼),康复组27例(进行正规的康复训练),两组患者于术后2周、4周、8周、12周和16周进行临床功能评分及超声评分,评价康复治疗效果,1年后进行临床疗效评定.结果 患者在肩袖撕裂术后不同时期的临床症状与超声表现相符.临床功能及超声评分术后2周、4周时两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后8周、12周、16周时康复组明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).康复组1年后的疗效评定结果优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 高频超声在肩袖撕裂术后的康复治疗中有较高的应用价值.

목적 탐토고빈초성재견수시렬술후강복치료중적응용개치.방법 대림상의진견수손상적87례환자진행초성검사,대견수부분급완전시렬적54례환자진행수술치료,술후환자중대조조27례(진행자주공능단련),강복조27례(진행정규적강복훈련),량조환자우술후2주、4주、8주、12주화16주진행림상공능평분급초성평분,평개강복치료효과,1년후진행림상료효평정.결과 환자재견수시렬술후불동시기적림상증상여초성표현상부.림상공능급초성평분술후2주、4주시량조간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),술후8주、12주、16주시강복조명현우우대조조(P<0.05혹P<0.01).강복조1년후적료효평정결과우우대조조(P<0.01).결론 고빈초성재견수시렬술후적강복치료중유교고적응용개치.
Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of rotator cuff tear.Methods Eighty-seven patients suspected as rotator cuff tear were detected by ultrasound.Fifty four patients suffered from part or entire tear were gone under the knife.Twenty-seven patients were control group with the autonomic functional training,the other twenty-seven patients were rehabilitation group with the regular rehabilitation training,Clinical functional and ultrasound scoring were performed through the two groups to evaluate the effects of rehabilitation treatment.Efficacy evaluation assessments were taken one year after operation.Results The clinical symptoms were consistent with the ultrasonographic results in different time after operation.The clinical functional and ultrasound scores in rehabilitation group had no statistical difference with control group when 2 and 4 weeks after operation (P > 0.05),the clinical functional and ultrasound scores in rehabilitation group were better than control group when 8,12 and 16 weeks after operation( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ).The efficacy evaluation assessments in rehabilitation group were much better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusions High frequency ultrasound has great significance in the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of rotator cuff tear.
