针对微网运行中各种不确定性因素的影响,提出了基于机会约束规划的微网系统动态经济调度模型。模型中设置了反映微网系统可靠性的概率约束条件,表现为旋转备用容量以给定的置信水平满足系统要求;目标函数也在不低于某一置信水平的前提下使得微网系统的实际运行成本最小。为了求解模型,对可再生能源输出功率波动、负荷预测误差以及机组故障停运等不确定性因素进行模拟,并给出结合蒙特卡罗模拟的遗传算法。算例分析了微网运行的经济性与可靠性之间的平衡关系,并讨论了微网系统中各种不确性因素对于调度结果的影响,从而验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。

In order to deal with various uncertain factors in the operation of microgrids,a dynamic economic dispatch model based on chance constrained programming is proposed.In this model,the probability constraint concerning the microgrid reliability was appended,which constrained the spinning reserve above a given confidence level to meet the system requirement;and the objective function minimizes the actual operation costs of microgrids on the base of it is above a given confidence level.To solve the model,uncertain factors such as power fluctuations of renewable energy,load fluctuations and unit outage for failure were simulated;and the genetic algorithm based on Monte Carlo simulation was selected.Examples analyze the balance between reliability and economics in the operation of microgrids and discuss the effects of various uncertain factors on the dispatch results,which prove the validity of the proposed model and algorithm.
