目的：应用野马追克喘散新兽药对呼吸道综合征进行临床疗效试验,为推广野马追克喘散提供科学依据。方法：将自然感染、症状典型、猪呼吸道综合征的140头病猪（杜长大三元杂交）,平均体重20～25kg,随机分为7个组,每组20头,其中第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组用野马追克喘散治疗,分别以高、中、低剂量给药;第Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别用麻杏石甘散、金花平喘散以常规剂量给药;Ⅵ、Ⅶ组以硫酸卡那霉素注射液（0.2mL/kg体重）和泰乐菌素（0.4mL/kg体重）以常规剂量给药。结果：野马追克喘散的治疗效果较麻杏石甘散和金花平喘散治疗效果好,治愈率也达93.3%。结论：野马追克喘散治疗猪气喘咳嗽疗效较高,收效较快,维持时间较长,是较理想的药物。
목적：응용야마추극천산신수약대호흡도종합정진행림상료효시험,위추엄야마추극천산제공과학의거。방법：장자연감염、증상전형、저호흡도종합정적140두병저（두장대삼원잡교）,평균체중20～25kg,수궤분위7개조,매조20두,기중제Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ조용야마추극천산치료,분별이고、중、저제량급약;제Ⅳ、Ⅴ조분별용마행석감산、금화평천산이상규제량급약;Ⅵ、Ⅶ조이류산잡나매소주사액（0.2mL/kg체중）화태악균소（0.4mL/kg체중）이상규제량급약。결과：야마추극천산적치료효과교마행석감산화금화평천산치료효과호,치유솔야체93.3%。결론：야마추극천산치료저기천해수료효교고,수효교쾌,유지시간교장,시교이상적약물。
Objective： In order to providing the scientific basis, the curative effect of new animal drugs of Eupatorium KeChuan powder was observed for 140 clinical Porcine with respiratory disease. Method： 140 respiratory disease, of natural infection and symptoms typical and the average weight of 20 - 25 kg were selected and divided into seven groups randomly, each group 20. I , II,III group were treated with Eupatorium KeChuan powder treatment respectively, with high, medium and low dose; V group were treated with MaXingShiGan powder and JinHuaPing powder with conventional dose respectively; VI, VII group were treated with kanamycin sulfate （0.2mL/kg body weight） and tylosin （0.4mL/kg body weight） with conventional dose respectively. Results： The Porcine respiratory disease curative effect of Eupatorium KeChuan powder was better than MaXingShiGan powder and JinHuaPing powder, the cure rate has reached 93.3%. Conclusion： Eupatorium KeChuan powder was ideal drug for treatment of Porcine respiratory disease, The Curative effective was good and maintain a longer time.
