针对单家村矿倾斜易燃厚煤层分层开采留区段煤柱的特点,通过灌注黄泥浆、预铺金属网形成的隔离带沿底分层沿空掘风巷,并在正常分层开采的同时,采用放顶煤一次性回收区段孤岛煤柱,从而实现了无煤柱开采,降低了煤炭资源损失。这种方法不仅技术可行,而且工艺简单、成本低、效率高,为类似倾斜易燃厚煤层的合理开采提供了一条新途径。

Retaining a gate road pillar in slice mining of incline inflammable thick seam is often adopted in Shan Jiachun Coal Mine. The gate road isolated pillar is recovered at one time by using top-coal caving method under the condition of normal slice mining at the same time, through driving air-return way along the bottom slice and the isolated zone formed by grouting yellow mud and preliminary net laying. This method not only is practical in technique but also has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high efficiency. This provides one new method for the similar mining condition under incline inflammable thick seam.
