为分析机构是否能够满足给定的运动规律和运动空间的要求,必须对机构的运动规律进行研究.本文运用Matlab强大的计算功能,对LD-15冷轧管机主传动机构的运动规律进行求解,并使其结果可视化,从而使机构的运动分析直观、简单、精确,以提高LD-15冷轧管机主传动机构的设计精度和效率.

Research on kinematics law is necessaryto analyze whether the design of mechanism is able to meet the requirements of kinematics law and motion space. The powerful calculating function of MATLAB was used to solve kinematics law of the main drive mechanism of LD-15 cold rolling mills, and the calculation results were visualized. Thus kinematics analysis of the mechanism is visualized, simple and precise, improving the design precision and efficiency of the main drive mechanism of LD-15 cold rolling mills.
