目的 比较UF-100尿沉渣全自动分析仪、尿液干化学分析仪与显微镜3种方法检测尿中红细胞(RBC)的敏感度和准确性.方法 按要求收集2 000份尿液样本,按仪器操作规程和尿沉渣显微镜检查规程,分别使用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、GEB-600尿干化学分析仪和光学显微镜测定尿中RBC(每高倍视野大于3个为阳性样本),采用SPSS10.0统计软件对所得数据进行统计学处理和配对资料卡方检验.结果 3种方法检出RBC阳性率分别是:尿干化学法38.5%,UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪法33.0%,镜检法25.0%,尿干化学法及UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪法明显高于镜检法,三者间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 3种方法联合检测可以提高尿中RBC检测的敏感度和准确性.

Objective To investigate the sensitivity and precision of three urine RBC examining methods(microscopic examination,GEB-600 dry chemistry analysis and UF-100 Fully Automated Urine Cell Analyzer method).Methods 2000 urine samples were collected in accordance with the demand,then examinated the urine RBC by the three methods.Results The detectiverate of RBC by dry chemistry analysis was 38.5%, UF-100 Fully Automated Urine Cell Analyzer method was 33.0%,which was much higher than that of microscopic examination(25.0%).The difference of urine RBC detectiverate was significant by the three methods(P<0.05).Conclusion The three methods for examining the urine RBC have some difference,so we can improve the sensitivity and precision of urine RBC examination only by combining the three methods.
