利用激光器产生单色光光源,解决了红外探测器相对光谱响应(单色仪)的溯源.根据单缝衍射和多光束干涉的原理,将光垂直入射到光栅面上,经会聚镜会聚其焦平面上形成一系列对称排列的明条纹,通过旋转光栅,在输出端得到以单色光波长倍数递增的、信噪比足够大的光源.这样,只要选择合适的激光器,就可解决单色仪整个波段的溯源性.
利用激光器產生單色光光源,解決瞭紅外探測器相對光譜響應(單色儀)的溯源.根據單縫衍射和多光束榦涉的原理,將光垂直入射到光柵麵上,經會聚鏡會聚其焦平麵上形成一繫列對稱排列的明條紋,通過鏇轉光柵,在輸齣耑得到以單色光波長倍數遞增的、信譟比足夠大的光源.這樣,隻要選擇閤適的激光器,就可解決單色儀整箇波段的溯源性.

In this paper, the trace for relative spectral response of infrared detector( monochromator) is resolved with the use of monochromatic light source generated by the laser. Based on the principle of single slit diffraction and multiple-beam interference, when the beam shoots vertically to the grating surface, beams after focusing lens form a series of bright sripes symmetrical arrayed on the focal plane. By rotating grating, the light source, the wavelengths of which increase by multiples of monochromatic light wavelength, and with enough signal noise ratio, can be obtained from the output. The traceability of all band for monochromator is solved with appropriate laser as light source.
