本文首先介绍了胎压检测系统的架构和无线胎压传感器的硬件组成.然后,给出了详细的无线胎压传感器耗能构成,包括压力检测模块、温度检测模块、电压检测模块、信号调理模块、射频发射模块、低频接口、模块静态耗电、电池自放电及脉冲放电.最后,以某著名汽车主机厂采用的基于该耗能构成的无线胎压传感器为例,进行了计算和测试.结果表明无线胎压传感器的耗能绝大部分来自压力检测模块耗电、模块静态耗电及电池自放电,提出的无线胎压传感器耗能构成及计算方法具有合理性,满足使用要求.

The TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system)architecture, and WTPM(wireless tire pressure module)components are introduced. The power consumption composition of WTPM, including WTPM pressure measuring module, temperature measuring module, voltage measuring module, signal conditioning module, wireless transmission module, low frequency interface, static power, battery self-discharge, and impulse self-discharge is presented. Taking the WTPM based on the power consumption composition adopted by a famous domestic vehicle manufacturer as a typical example, the calculation and test are carried out. The calculation and test results show that the WTPM power is mainly consumed by the pressure measuring module, the static power, and the battery self-discharge. The presented WTPM power consumption composition and calculation method are reasonable and meet the requirements for vehicle application.
