目的 研究锥柱壳连接区域加强结构和加强效果.方法 采用有限元法建立力学计算模型,应用ANSYS软件进行应力分析和强度计算.结果 获得了两种加强结构的应力分布规律和应力强度.结论 锥壳过渡环加强结构不但加强效果显著,且结构简单、加工简便.
目的 研究錐柱殼連接區域加彊結構和加彊效果.方法 採用有限元法建立力學計算模型,應用ANSYS軟件進行應力分析和彊度計算.結果 穫得瞭兩種加彊結構的應力分佈規律和應力彊度.結論 錐殼過渡環加彊結構不但加彊效果顯著,且結構簡單、加工簡便.
목적 연구추주각련접구역가강결구화가강효과.방법 채용유한원법건립역학계산모형,응용ANSYS연건진행응력분석화강도계산.결과 획득료량충가강결구적응력분포규률화응력강도.결론 추각과도배가강결구불단가강효과현저,차결구간단、가공간편.
Aim To research the reinforcement effect of con-cylinder joint's reinforcement structures. Methods With the method of finite element, and using ANSYS program to analyze the stresses and calculate the strength. Results The stress distribution and strength of reinforcement region were obtained. Conclusion Cone-cylinder joint transition structure not only reduces structure's weight, has simple structure , simplifies manufacture process but also has very good reinforcement effect.
