构建基于职业生涯规划的本科人才培养模式,应着重健全分类管理机制、分别培养机制与个性化就业指导服务机制,使大学生职业生涯规划和高校人才培养模式紧密结合,以实现大学教育与市场人才需求的最大化吻合,减少社会人力资本的浪费。
構建基于職業生涯規劃的本科人纔培養模式,應著重健全分類管理機製、分彆培養機製與箇性化就業指導服務機製,使大學生職業生涯規劃和高校人纔培養模式緊密結閤,以實現大學教育與市場人纔需求的最大化吻閤,減少社會人力資本的浪費。
구건기우직업생애규화적본과인재배양모식,응착중건전분류관리궤제、분별배양궤제여개성화취업지도복무궤제,사대학생직업생애규화화고교인재배양모식긴밀결합,이실현대학교육여시장인재수구적최대화문합,감소사회인력자본적낭비。
To build the training pattern of talents based on the career development planning m unlversltmS, the system of classification management, the system of separate training and the system of the individuation career guidance should be perfected emphatically, in order to combine the career development planning and the training pattern of talents in universities, with the aim to realize the market demands of talents and to reduce waste of human capital.
