以竹叶兰种子为外植体进行无菌播种，成功诱导原球茎并再生植株，建立其快繁体系。试验结果表明：（1）1／2MS＋香蕉泥30．0g／L为最佳种子萌发与原球茎诱导培养基；（2）1／2MS＋6-BA1．0mg／L＋NAA0．1mg／L＋香蕉泥30．0g／L为最佳芽增殖培养基，且芽生长健壮；（3）1／2MS＋IBA0．5mg／L为最适生根培养基。
이죽협란충자위외식체진행무균파충，성공유도원구경병재생식주，건립기쾌번체계。시험결과표명：（1）1／2MS＋향초니30．0g／L위최가충자맹발여원구경유도배양기；（2）1／2MS＋6-BA1．0mg／L＋NAA0．1mg／L＋향초니30．0g／L위최가아증식배양기，차아생장건장；（3）1／2MS＋IBA0．5mg／L위최괄생근배양기。
Seeds of Arundina graminifolia （D. Don） Hochr. was used as explants for aseptic sowing and inducting of PLBs and plantlet regeneration. The results showed that the best medium for germination of seeds and PLBs induction was 1/2 MS with 30 g/L banana. The optimum medium for multiplication was 1/2 MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA ＋0.1 mg/L NAA＋30 g/L banana, increasing the growth of shoots. The suitable medium for rooting was 1/2 MS with 0.5 mg/L IBA.
