目的 研究联接标记法制备的125Ⅰ-HPNS-TOC与小细胞肺癌株NCI-H446的受体结合特性及其在小鼠体内的分布.方法 125Ⅰ-HPNS-TOC与NCI-H446进行受体分析,并进行昆明鼠体内分布实验.结果 125Ⅰ-HPNS-TOC与NCI-H446上的SSTR结合的具有高亲和力,在小鼠体内主要经消化系统和泌尿系统排出体外.结论 125Ⅰ-HPNS-TOC与SSTR结合力高,有望成为生长抑素受体阳性肿瘤的靶向放射性药物.

Objective To investigate characteristic of bound to the receptor within NCI - H446 cell lines of 125Ⅰ-HPNS-TOC, la-beled with conjugation labeling techniques, and its biodistribution in mice. Methods 125 Ⅰ-HPNS - TOC, radioligand, detected using radi-oligand binding assay with somatostatin receptor(SSTR) positive NCI-H446 cell lines. Its biodistribution in normal mice was analyzed. Re-suits 125Ⅰ - HPNS - TOC had high affinity to SSTR within NCI - H446 cell lines. It was excreted by gastrointestinal - liver and kidney.Conclusion 125-HPNS-TOC has high affinity to SSTR. Our experiment indicate that 125Ⅰ-HPNS-TOC is a promising radiotherapeutic for SSTR positive tumors.
