对含有塑性应变非强化区的Ohno循环塑性本构方程关于应力、内变量计算和一致切线刚度矩阵计算的过程进行了分析,在此基础上编写了ABAQUS材料用户子程序UMAT.然后用该程序对316L不锈钢材料的应变对称拉压变幅循环、应变非对称拉压变幅循环、应变对称剪切(扭转)变幅循环和轴向拉压棘轮循环等塑性变形过程进行了数值模拟,所得结果合理地反映了材料相应试验过程中的现象.
對含有塑性應變非彊化區的Ohno循環塑性本構方程關于應力、內變量計算和一緻切線剛度矩陣計算的過程進行瞭分析,在此基礎上編寫瞭ABAQUS材料用戶子程序UMAT.然後用該程序對316L不鏽鋼材料的應變對稱拉壓變幅循環、應變非對稱拉壓變幅循環、應變對稱剪切(扭轉)變幅循環和軸嚮拉壓棘輪循環等塑性變形過程進行瞭數值模擬,所得結果閤理地反映瞭材料相應試驗過程中的現象.

In this paper, the algorithm procedure of Ohno constitutive equation with strain nonhard-ening region for computation of stress, internal variable and consistent tangent matrices is analyzed and discussed. A material user subroutine UMAT for ABAQUS software was composed according to the investigation mentioned above. By using this UMAT with ABAQUS software the symmetrical and unsymmetrical tension-compressed unequal amplitude strain cycle, symmetrical sheared unequal am-plitude strain cycle and tension-compressed ratcheting were simulated. The results are found fairly reasonable in describing the phenomena observed in experiment.
