针对桥式拓扑中MOSFET因栅极驱动信号振荡产生的桥臂直通问题,分析了振荡与驱动电路各参数之间的关系,并设计了一种驱动电路.该电路结构简单、工作频率高、延迟时间小、抗干扰能力强,因而非常适用于高频感应加热电源.理论分析和实验结果表明,经过改进的驱动电路解决了驱动信号振荡问题,从而保证了MOSFET在高速应用场合的可靠运行.所设计的电路已应用于530kHz/2.5 kW感应加热电源,实验波形证明了其合理性和有效性.

Due to the Miller effect in the conversion process of the same bridge arm in two power devices,the gate drive signal will produce oscillations,which inteffers the normal drive signal and brings effects on the normal work of power seriously.By the working principle,the relation between the oscillation and the parameters of the driving cireuit is analyzed,and the optimal drive circuit is devised simultaneously.Both the theoretic analysis and experimental results indicate that the improved circuit can solve the oscillation problem,and meet the MOSFET drive requirement Derfecfly.It has the advantages of simple structure,high operation frequency,short delay time and strong anti-jamming ability.The ex-perimental waveform sampled from a 530 kHz/2.5 kW induction heating power supply is given to verify the availability of the proposed drive circuit.
