以烟酸和硫酸二甲酯为原料合成葫芦巴碱,并与硫酸成盐.对氢氧化钠用量,硫酸二甲酯用量,反应温度三因素进行考察得出最优工艺条件.结果最佳工艺条件为n(NaOH):n(烟酸)=2.2:1,n(硫酸二甲酯):n(烟酸)=1.3:1(摩尔比),反应温度45~50℃,反应时间4 h.硫酸葫芦巴碱的收率达92%以上,纯度98.47%.
以煙痠和硫痠二甲酯為原料閤成葫蘆巴堿,併與硫痠成鹽.對氫氧化鈉用量,硫痠二甲酯用量,反應溫度三因素進行攷察得齣最優工藝條件.結果最佳工藝條件為n(NaOH):n(煙痠)=2.2:1,n(硫痠二甲酯):n(煙痠)=1.3:1(摩爾比),反應溫度45~50℃,反應時間4 h.硫痠葫蘆巴堿的收率達92%以上,純度98.47%.

Trigonelline was synthesized using nicotinic acid and(CH_3)_2SO_4 as raw material and water as solvent.Then,trigonelling sulfate was obtained by adding sulfuric acid.The effect of the quantity of NaOH and(CH_3)_2 SO_4,and reaction temperature on the yield of trigonelline was studied.The optimum conditions were as follows:NaOH:nicotinic acid=2.2:1,(CH_3)_2SO_4:nicotinic acid=1.3:1(n:n);reaction temperature,45~50℃;reaction time,4 h.The yietd of trigonelline sulfate was more than 92% and its purity was 98.47%.
