通过实验室静态试验,研究了以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和无机铬交联剂为主体与固体微粒形成的复合凝胶体系.考察了固体微粒、温度、pH值、交联剂用量和热稳定剂对凝胶性能的影响.通过岩心封堵率实验,测得体系的封堵率>98%,突破压力梯度>30 MPa/m.

This paper presents a lot of static test in laboratory. We have researched the composite gel systems of the inorganic chromium cross-linking agent with HPAM and solid particles. The influence of various factors on the gel was investigated. The core plugging experiment showed that the plugging rate of cores is more than 98% and the breakthrough pressure measured for these cores is more than 30 MPa/m.
