首先介绍了柴油机燃烧室设计的尺寸特点,然后再在原燃烧室的基础上对它的尺寸做了一些改进,并通过大型CFD分析软件AVL—FIRE对修改后的燃烧室模型进行了流场数值模拟,计算出缸内流场的流动分布,对比分析得出燃烧室尺寸对气体流动的影响。
首先介紹瞭柴油機燃燒室設計的呎吋特點,然後再在原燃燒室的基礎上對它的呎吋做瞭一些改進,併通過大型CFD分析軟件AVL—FIRE對脩改後的燃燒室模型進行瞭流場數值模擬,計算齣缸內流場的流動分佈,對比分析得齣燃燒室呎吋對氣體流動的影響。

This paper firstly introduces the design size characteristics of diesel engine combustion chamber. Then on the basis of the original combustion chamber, it has made some improvements of the size. And flow field numerical simulation is calculated on the modified combustion chamber model through analysis of CFD software AVL-FIRE. It has calculated the distribution of the flow in the cylinder. And it can get the influence of combustion chamber size on flow field.
