Fault tree analysis(FTA) is applied to analyze the reliability of belt conveyor.The fault tree of belt conveyor is established in view of its common operational faults.All the minimal cut-sets are got through qualitative analysis.Grey relational analysis is applied to judge the possibility of various faults by calculating and ranking the correlativity.
