There is a broken problem at the spline part and its R1.6 position of the shell axle before STR bevel gear differential.On the basis of analysis about cross-section stress model when solid round shaft is twisted,three factors are drew,which deduce influencing factors to torque-transfer efficiency of the shell axle before STR bevel gear differential,and appropriate improving suggestions are brought forward.
