通过不同电压对亚麻织物进行染色,并对不同时间的染色残液进行吸光度的测定,再通过吸光度计算出上染百分率、平衡上染百分率、扩散系数。对其染色后的亚麻织物进行摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度的测定。从动力学方面对影响电化学染色的因素即扩散系数与电压的关系进行研究,实验结果表明,电化学染色比常规染色的上染率有所提高,扩散系数比常规的染色增大。
