目的 比较自体角膜缘干细胞移植与联合羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效.方法 126例132眼翼状胬肉患者随机分成A、B2组,A组63例68眼,行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术;B组63例64眼行自体角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植术.结果 A组8例8眼复发,复发率11.8%,B组3例3眼复发,复发率4.7%,2组术后复发率在统计学上有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 自体角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植术可有效治疗翼状胬肉,降低复发率改善视功能.

목적 비교자체각막연간세포이식여연합양막이식치료익상노육적료효.방법 126례132안익상노육환자수궤분성A、B2조,A조63례68안,행자체각막연간세포이식술;B조63례64안행자체각막연간세포연합양막이식술.결과 A조8례8안복발,복발솔11.8%,B조3례3안복발,복발솔4.7%,2조술후복발솔재통계학상유현저성차이(P＜0.05).결론 자체각막연간세포연합양막이식술가유효치료익상노육,강저복발솔개선시공능.
Objective To compare the therapeutie.effects of corneal limbus stem cells autograft and with amntotic membrane autograft for treating stage pterygium.Methods One hundrand twenty-six cases of 132 eyes were.Randomly divided into Aand B group,In sixty three cases of 68 eyes were stage pterygium resection followed by corneal limbus stem cells autograft in groupA.In sixty three cases of 64 eyes were stage pterygium resection followed by corneal limbus stem cells autograft with amniotic membrane autograft in group B.Results Only 8 eyes recurrent in A group recurrent rate 11.8%,only 3 eyes recurrent in B group recurrent rate 4.7%,There was statistically difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Corneal limbus stem cells autograft with amniotic membrane autograft showed successful in treating active stage pterygium decreased recurrent rate increased visual ability.
