对65Mn冷切钢管锯片进行化学镀镍表面强化处理,研究了时效时间对镀层硬度、结合强度的影响,比较了镀镍前后的耐磨性,并在圆锯片上进行了生产性试验。结果表明:360℃时效1h时,硬度达到最高值1010HV,但镀层局部起皮、剥落;时效3h后硬度降到747HV,镀层不再起皮、剥落,耐磨性比65Mn基体高4倍,φ300mm锯片使用寿命提高了3倍。
對65Mn冷切鋼管鋸片進行化學鍍鎳錶麵彊化處理,研究瞭時效時間對鍍層硬度、結閤彊度的影響,比較瞭鍍鎳前後的耐磨性,併在圓鋸片上進行瞭生產性試驗。結果錶明:360℃時效1h時,硬度達到最高值1010HV,但鍍層跼部起皮、剝落;時效3h後硬度降到747HV,鍍層不再起皮、剝落,耐磨性比65Mn基體高4倍,φ300mm鋸片使用壽命提高瞭3倍。
대65Mn랭절강관거편진행화학도얼표면강화처리,연구료시효시간대도층경도、결합강도적영향,비교료도얼전후적내마성,병재원거편상진행료생산성시험。결과표명:360℃시효1h시,경도체도최고치1010HV,단도층국부기피、박락;시효3h후경도강도747HV,도층불재기피、박락,내마성비65Mn기체고4배,φ300mm거편사용수명제고료3배。
The effect of aging time on hardness and adhesion of the chemical nickel plating on 65Mn(0.65%C-1.0%Mn)steel is researched. The wear resistance of the plate before and after the plating is compared and productively tested on circular saws. The results shows that the hardness reaches its highest value of 1010HV at 360℃,1h aging. When aging time is longer than 3h, the plate will no longer depart from its matrix or peel off. The wear resistance of the plate is nearly 5 times as high as that of 65Mn steel matrix. The service life of the plated saws is about 4 times as long as that of the steel matrix.
