利用SSR分子标记,对平榛居群结构和遗传多样性进行了初步研究.研究结果表明,平榛克隆繁殖虽然占有优势,但仍具有较高的遗传多样性(H_o=0.714 8);同时确定了平椿的遗传个体,同一株丛(系)内个体基本上为1个独立的遗传个体,相邻的株丛(系)个体基因型基本一致,克隆繁殖比率较大.
利用SSR分子標記,對平榛居群結構和遺傳多樣性進行瞭初步研究.研究結果錶明,平榛剋隆繁殖雖然佔有優勢,但仍具有較高的遺傳多樣性(H_o=0.714 8);同時確定瞭平椿的遺傳箇體,同一株叢(繫)內箇體基本上為1箇獨立的遺傳箇體,相鄰的株叢(繫)箇體基因型基本一緻,剋隆繁殖比率較大.

Population structure and genetic diversity of Corylus heterophylla Fisch was investigated. The results showed the vegetative reproduction took advantage, but it still had a high genetic diversity (H_o =0. 714 8) ; At the same time, Corylus heterophylla Fisch genetic individual was found. A single cluster (clone) was basically a genetic individual; adjacent clusters (clones) were basically of the same genotype and cloning took up a larger percentage.
