结合教学实际,对工科专业集中实践环节"研究开发"能力培养目标,教学内容设置、教学模式的构建和教学效果进行了总结,旨在为深化实践教学体系与教学模式的改革探路。在实施过程中,坚持以学生为中心,以学生个性和能力发展为目标,让学生独立实践,自主探索,学生科研创新的综合素质得到明显提高。

Coupled with practice education,education target,education content,education patterns,and education effect were summarized on basis of training students' research and development(R D) ability.The aim of exploring the further reforming of practice education and teaching pattern was established for the reforming path.The students as the central stage in teaching,and their personal abilities as training target,students' personal practice,self-exploration,and novelity in R D were considerably developed.
