为研究12％、24％苦荞代替育肥猪日粮中部分玉米和麸皮对猪育肥及屠宰性能的影响，试验选取体重20kg左右健康大白猪（加×美）二元杂种猪仔猪24头（3～4周龄断奶，保育到8周龄）随机分为3组，即对照组、苦荞Ⅰ组和苦荞Ⅱ组，每组8头。试验结果表明，12％苦荞组能提高外二元猪育肥效果，且对眼肌面积与大理石纹指标也有提高，与对照组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）；24％苦荞组会降低外二元猪育肥效果与肉质品质。
위연구12％、24％고교대체육비저일량중부분옥미화부피대저육비급도재성능적영향，시험선취체중20kg좌우건강대백저（가×미）이원잡충저자저24두（3～4주령단내，보육도8주령）수궤분위3조，즉대조조、고교Ⅰ조화고교Ⅱ조，매조8두。시험결과표명，12％고교조능제고외이원저육비효과，차대안기면적여대리석문지표야유제고，여대조조상비차이현저（P〈0．05）；24％고교조회강저외이원저육비효과여육질품질。
In order to study the effects of fagopyrum tataricum on fattening and slaughtered performances of alpine and mount region hybrid pig, 24 binary hybrid pig（ D × Y） about 20 kg and 8 weeks were chosen, and they were randomly allocated into three dietary treatments：control group, F. tataricum group Ⅰ （ 12% F. tataricum）, F. tataricum group Ⅱ （24% F. tataricum）. The results showed that the F. tataricum group I improved the fattening effects of hybrid pig , the eye muscle area and the index of pork marbling were larger than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） significantly. The F. tataricum group Ⅱ reduced the fattening performances and the quality of pork.
