为筛选和创制玉米抗病种质资源提供试验依据,研究鉴定了黑龙江省西部地区玉米大班病生理小种类别,并对其生物学特性进行系统性的研究。结果表明:在黑龙江省西部地区发生的玉米大斑病生理小种为Ht3/Ht1、Ht2、HtN型生理小种,得出此病原菌菌丝最适合生长的PH为7,适合生长温度为20~30℃,菌落在查氏(NaNO3)培养基上生长优于查氏[(NHa)2SO4]培养基,菌丝生长速率在玉米面培养基中最大,平均生长率为1.55cm·d-1,蔗糖为碳源时生长最快,生长速率为1.73cm·d-1,以NaNO3为氮源时菌落生长最快,生长速率为1.70cm·d-1。在影响孢子萌发的因素中,PH为7时,孢子萌发率达到最高;在23~35℃时,不同碳源和氮源对孢子萌发影响不大,孢子萌发率均可达70%以上。

위사선화창제옥미항병충질자원제공시험의거,연구감정료흑룡강성서부지구옥미대반병생리소충유별,병대기생물학특성진행계통성적연구。결과표명:재흑룡강성서부지구발생적옥미대반병생리소충위Ht3/Ht1、Ht2、HtN형생리소충,득출차병원균균사최괄합생장적PH위7,괄합생장온도위20~30℃,균락재사씨(NaNO3)배양기상생장우우사씨[(NHa)2SO4]배양기,균사생장속솔재옥미면배양기중최대,평균생장솔위1.55cm·d-1,자당위탄원시생장최쾌,생장속솔위1.73cm·d-1,이NaNO3위담원시균락생장최쾌,생장속솔위1.70cm·d-1。재영향포자맹발적인소중,PH위7시,포자맹발솔체도최고;재23~35℃시,불동탄원화담원대포자맹발영향불대,포자맹발솔균가체70%이상。
In order to provide basis for selecting and creating maize germplasm resource with disease resistance, the physiological race categories of Helminthosporium turcicum in western of Heilongjiang province were identified and their biological characteristics were systematically studied. The results showed that the physiological races were Ht3/Ht1. Ht2 and HtN, the optimal pH for growth was 7, suitable temperature for growth was 20-30℃. Bacterial colony in Czapek(NaNO3 )was better than in Cha[(NH4 )2 SO4 )medium, mycelial growth rate in the cornmeal medium was the largest,the average growth rate was 1.55 cm'd-1 , the fastest growth was in the treatment taken sucrose as carbon source, the growth rate was 1.73 cm· d-1 , the fastest growth of colonies was in the treatment of taken NaNOa as nitrogen source,the growth rate of 1.70 cm.d-1. In the factors affecting the germination of spores,the highest germination rate was appeared when pH was 7. Different carbon and nitrogen sources had little effect on spore germination in 23-35℃, spore germination rate could reach above 70 %.
