目的 探讨根据排卵前尿液黄体生成素(β-LH)半定量动态监测来判断排卵时间及选择最佳受孕时机.方法 采用尿β-LH半定量试纸法监测尿黄体生成素(LH)值,根据其检测时间至排卵时间差将120个促排卵周期分为I组(24 h内排卵),Ⅱ组(24~48 h),Ⅲ组(48~72 h)和IV组(无排卵和黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征),并对各组数值进行统计学分析.结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、IV组分别为67、29、15、9个周期,I组占55.83%,Ⅰ组尿β-LH值显著高于其他各组(P<0.01).结论 排卵前尿β-LH半定量动态监测可较准确的预测排卵时间并指导受孕.

Objective To estimate the precise ovulating time and arrange the time for conception according to the levels of urine luteinizing hormone(LH).Methods One hundred ard twenty cycles of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation were divided into four groups according to the time differences from urine examed.The LH values in urine were detected before ovulation. The follicles in group I were ruptured within 24 hours after urine drawn,and groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 48,72 hours.The follicels unruptured and belonged to luternizing unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS) were group IV.Data among these groups were analyzed statistically.Results group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were 67,29,15,9 cycles respectively.Group I was 55.83 percentage. The LH level in group I was higher than that in other groups significantly(P<0.01). Conclusions The detection of urine LH value before ovulation is in favor of estimating time for conception.
