目前全直肠系膜切除(TME)原则已经足直肠癌手术的基本原则之一.很多学者把TME作为金标准,但不可将TME和侧侧方淋巴结清扫混为一谈.不可以因为FME而废除淋巴结清扫,也不可以凶行淋巴结清扫而不行TME,只有二者同时进行才可达到根治肿瘤的目的 .

Total mesorectal excision (TME) is currently one of the basic principles of rectal cancer surgery. Many scholars make TME as a gold standard, but TME and lateral lymph node dissection are different. It can not repeal the lymph node dissection because of TME, and also can not only dissect the lymph node. In order to achieve the purpose of treatment ,we should make TME and lymph node dissection at the same time.
