目的观察脑米源神经生长因子(BDNF)对坐骨神经捻挫损伤后远端轴突再生的影响。方法采用病理学定性、定量分析技术对捻挫损伤的坐骨神经远端轴突进行分析。结果光镜下腓神经的大径纤维密度,实验组高于对照组(P<0.01),而小径纤维密度无差异电镜分析:直径0.5μm以下的无髓纤维密度对照组大于实验组。髓鞘层数和轴突横断面积二者之间为正相关(P<0.01)。实验组的回归系数明显大于对照组(P=0.0023)。结论BDNF促进感觉神经纤维的成熟过程并对髓鞘形成有一定的促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) on regeneration of distal axon in sciatic nerve after
cfrush injury. Method Distal axon was assessed by quantitavtive and qualitative analysis of pathology Result Light microscope indicated thedensity of large diameter of peroneal-nerve was higher in study group compared with control group( P <0.01 ). No differences in density of littlediameter fiber were found between study and control group. EM showed the density of non-medullated fibers with diameter <0.5μm in studygroup was higher than that of control group. The numbers of layer in myelin was positively related to transverse axonal area( P <0.01 ) . The re-gression codfficient in study group wsa higher compared with control group( P = 0. 0023) . Conclusion BDNF may promoted maturation ofsensoy nerve and formation of the myeline.
