阐述了PTA装置中CTA灰份的构成和来源,以及影响其含量的因素。CTA灰份的测定方法是对CTA试样进行燃烧并对残余物进行称重得出。实验得出CTA灰份主要是由CO、Mn、Na、Fe等金属化合物类的无机杂质组成。其中,Co、Mn化合物在CTA灰份中的含量占60%以上,是影响灰份含量的主要因素。在实验中发现,氧化反应深度、催化剂Co-Mn-Br浓度、催化剂回收率、过滤机操作等因素对灰份含量都有影响。文章从工艺的角度提出了降低灰份在CTA中含量的措施。

The PTA plant ash in the composition and source(CTA),and the impact factors of the content were expounded.The determination of ash of CTA can be carried on through burning the CTA specimen and weighing the residue.The ash was mainly made up with the inorganic compounds as CO,Mn,Na,Fe metal on experiment.Among them,the compounds of CO and Mn acconutted for more than 60%,which were the main factors of ash.In the experiment,several factors influenced on the ash such as the depth of oxidation reaction,the concentration of catalyst Co-Mn-Br,the recovery of catalyst,the operation of filter machine were studied.The measures to reduce the ash in the CTA were proposed fome the point of view of the technology
