利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对加洲鲈和罗非鱼种群间的亲缘关系进行分析.结果显示加洲鲈与罗非鱼之间的带纹相似系数为0.236,遗传距离为0.764.表明加洲鲈和罗非鱼之间的亲缘关系较远.
利用隨機擴增多態性DNA(RAPD)技術對加洲鱸和囉非魚種群間的親緣關繫進行分析.結果顯示加洲鱸與囉非魚之間的帶紋相似繫數為0.236,遺傳距離為0.764.錶明加洲鱸和囉非魚之間的親緣關繫較遠.

Intra-population phylogenetic relationship between Micropterus salmoides and Tilapia nilotica was analyzed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technique. The results showed that the similarity coefficient of belts between M. salmoides and T. nilotica was 0. 236, and genetic distance was 0.764, which indicated that M. salmoides has a distant relationship with T. nilotica.
