以CTAB为表面活性剂,采用水热法合成了Yb,Er共掺MWO_4(M=Cd,Ba)纳米晶体.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和荧光分光光度计等手段对产物的组成、形貌和荧光性质进行了系统表征.结果表明:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)掺杂钨酸盐的发光条件随着M种类的不同而有较大的差异,水热合成的CdWO_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)纳米晶体在980 nm激光照射下用肉眼可观察到明显的绿色上转换发光,而BaWO_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)晶体高温煅烧到900℃才能观察到明亮的绿色发光.研究了温度对上转换发光强度的影响,讨论了两种晶体的上转换发光性质.
以CTAB為錶麵活性劑,採用水熱法閤成瞭Yb,Er共摻MWO_4(M=Cd,Ba)納米晶體.採用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、能譜(EDS)和熒光分光光度計等手段對產物的組成、形貌和熒光性質進行瞭繫統錶徵.結果錶明:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)摻雜鎢痠鹽的髮光條件隨著M種類的不同而有較大的差異,水熱閤成的CdWO_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)納米晶體在980 nm激光照射下用肉眼可觀察到明顯的綠色上轉換髮光,而BaWO_4:Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)晶體高溫煅燒到900℃纔能觀察到明亮的綠色髮光.研究瞭溫度對上轉換髮光彊度的影響,討論瞭兩種晶體的上轉換髮光性質.

Yb~(3+), Er~(3+) co-doped MWO_4 (M = Cd, Ba) nanocrystals were prepared via a hydrothermal method, and the composition, morphology and fluorescence property of the products were characterized by x-ray diffraction(XRD), scan electron microscope(SEM), energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscope(EDS) and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results show that the luminescence condition of Yb~(3+) , Er~(3+) co-doped tungstate is dependent on the type of M. CdWO_4 :Yb~(3+), Er~(3+) nanocrystals synthesized by the hydrothermal method can emit green up-conversion fluorescence when they are excited by 980 nm infrared light. However, BaWO_4: Yb~(3+) , Er~(3+) can emit the intense green up-conversion fluorescences when they are annealed at 900 ℃. The effect of temperature on the up-conversion fluorescent intensity was also studied, and the properties of the up-conversion luminescence were discussed.
