利用CFD方法对机械通风条件下温室内热环境进行建模,在模型中考虑了作物、太阳辐射和热辐射,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法的有限体积法对流场微分方程进行离散,对室内流场和温度变化以及分布进行了数值模拟.通过在Venlo型温室采集关键位置的温度和速度数据,与仿真结果比较发现测试点的温度误差除少数外均控制在3 ℃之内,相对误差控制在10%之内,验证了建立CFD模型的有效性.

A modeling method of the thermal distribution in glass greenhouse with mechanical ventilation was proposed based on the CFD technique. The flow regime, which was proved to be turbulent, was modelled by using the standard turbulence model,as well as the crop model, solar radiation and thermal radiation model.The numerical solution was made by applying a finite volume discretization code with the SIMPLE algorithm, and then the velocities and temperatures at key points were measured in a Venlo-type greenhouse. The temperature error and the mean absolute temperature error were controlled in 3 ℃ and 10% respectively except few data. The results indicate that the CFD-based model is effective.
