目的:观察多爱肤敷料治疗Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮的疗效.方法:将97例Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(49例)采用多爱肤敷料治疗创面,对照组(48例)采用传统的清创、抗感染治疗创面,临床观察期确定为30d,记录2组患者疗效、平均治愈时间及治疗费用.结果:治疗组效果明显优于对照组,且平均治愈时间短,所需费用少.结论:多爱肤敷料治疗Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮,具有平均治愈时间短、费用低等优点.值得在临床上推广应用.

Purpose: To study the application of DuoDERM dressing treated phase II and Ⅲ decubital ulcer.Methods:97 patients with phase II and Ⅲ decubital ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the patients in experimental group (n=49)were treated with DuoDERM dressing extra-pasting on raw surface while the patients in control group(n=48)were treated with debridement combined with anti-infective.The clinical observe time confirmed in 30 days,the therapeutic effect,the average healing time and treat cost were be recorded in two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect in experimental group was better than that with control group,and its average healing time shorter and cost little.Conclusiom:Therapeutic effect of phase II and Ⅲ decubital ulcer with DuoDERM dressing is better,it not only decrease the average healing time,but lessens the cost,and is worth to popularize.
